Important Policies (Read First)

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds after purchase. Please review the Tutorials/FAQ or contact us before buying if you have questions.
  • License durations: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, Lifetime.
  • PC seats: A standard license includes 1 PC. Multi‑PC packages (2+ PCs) are available at checkout. A PC seat is tied to a single device. If you change devices, request a PC Transfer.
  • Account slots: Packages allow 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 trading accounts per license key (any mix of demo or live). Adding PC seats does not increase account slots—choose a higher account package if you need more.
  • Platform: MT4 or MT5 (choose during purchase/activation).
  • Refunds: Digital product; no refunds after delivery.
  • License durations: 1M / 3M / 6M / 1Y / Lifetime.
  • PC seats: 1 PC per license (multi-PC packages available). For device changes, request a PC Transfer.
  • Account slots: 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 account IDs per license (demo or live). Slots are fixed for the entire term (no mid-term swaps).
  • Platform: MT4 ≠ MT5. MT4 license runs only on MT4; MT5 license runs only on MT5. Cross-grade available per policy.

Tip: For smooth activation, ensure the PC you’ll use has stable internet and that MT4/MT5 can reach our verification server over HTTPS.

We collect only what’s needed to support you: name, email, order #, license key, device/account identifiers (for verification), and optional logs/screenshots. We do not store card numbers.
