Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Products)

Overview

All products sold on FXToolskit are digital software licenses (e.g., MT4/MT5 Expert Advisors, Indicator). Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” orders are generally non-refundable once the license/download link has been delivered or activated.

We still want you to have a great experience—please read the limited exceptions and support options below.

Before You Buy

  • Check platform compatibility (MT4/MT5 version).
    Check OS compatibility (Windows/Mac)
  • Review product description, features, package and prerequisites.
  • Contact us with any questions before purchase: support@fxtoolskit.com.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivered/activated software licenses
  • Downloadable files after access is provided
  • Subscription renewals after the renewal date has passed

Limited Refund Exceptions

We may approve a refund only in these situations:

  1. Duplicate purchase of the same product (accidental double charge).
  2. Payment processing error (charged incorrectly or wrong amount).
  3. Non-delivery due to a system issue and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time after you contact support.
  4. Statutory rights: If your local law requires a refund in specific cases, we will comply with that law.

Technical Issues & Support

If the product doesn’t work as described, we’ll help first:

  • Email support@fxtoolskit.com with your order number, MT4/MT5 build, Windows/Mac OS, broker name, Windows/VPS details, and screenshots/error logs.
  • If we confirm a verifiable, reproducible defect and cannot provide a fix or a working alternative within a reasonable time, we may consider a refund under the exceptions above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first—most issues are solved quickly. Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in license termination and account restrictions.

How to Request a Refund (for exceptions)

Email support@fxtoolskit.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Order number and date
  • Product name
  • Reason for the request and evidence (e.g., duplicate transaction, error message)

We’ll review and reply within 3–5 business days.

Delivery

Digital items are delivered by download link and/or license key to the email and/or account used at checkout. If you didn’t receive delivery, check spam/junk and then contact support@fxtoolskit.com.

Legal

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where required (e.g., certain regions), we may ask you to explicitly waive the “cooling-off” right for digital content that is delivered immediately.
