1) Platform & compatibility
- Your purchase is platform-specific:
- MT4 purchase → delivers MT4 EA & license only.
- MT5 purchase → delivers MT5 EA & license only.
- An EA for one platform does not run on the other.
2) Platform change (cross-grade)
- If your license is not yet activated, you may request a one-time platform switch within 7 days of purchase (free).
- If your license is already activated, you may request a one-time cross-grade to the other platform for a reduced fee (50%) of the current license price. Your remaining time, 1-PC seat, and account-slot limits carry over.
- Outside these cases, changing platforms requires purchasing a new license for the target platform.
3) License structure
- Each license includes one (1) PC seat by default. Running the EA on multiple PCs requires additional seats/licenses.
- Each license also includes a fixed number of account slots (authorized MT4/MT5 account IDs): 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 depending on the package purchased.
4) PC transfers (device change)
- You can move your 1-PC seat to a new device by submitting a PC transfer request.
- Limits: up to 1 transfer per 30 days for term licenses; up to 2 per 12 months for lifetime licenses.
- A transfer deactivates the old device; using the EA on old + new devices at the same time is not allowed.
- We may approve extra transfers at our discretion for verified hardware failure/theft (evidence may be requested).
- How to request: use the PC Transfer form on the Contact page and include your order #, license key, and (if known) old/new HWIDs.
5) Account slots (no mid-term swaps)
- Authorized account IDs are locked for the entire billing term (monthly / 3-month / 6-month / annual / lifetime).
- We do not swap or replace account IDs mid-term.
- Need more accounts? Upgrade to a higher slot package or adjust at the next renewal.
6) Verification & anti-sharing
- The EA validates your email + license key with our server at activation and periodically thereafter.
- Sharing, resale, or public distribution of the EA or license is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
7) Refunds
- This is a digital license. All sales are final once the license is delivered/activated, except where required by law.
